A place of Wellness

If you have ever gone through the pain of losing something or someone most dear to you, or had someone show you or tell you how unworthy you are or ever been broken down into pieces. I believe there has to be a place that helps with putting your pieces together; a place where you find your healing and that can not only be the clothing store or spending money at a shopping mall.

Being able to spend money at a clothing store or at the mall can temporarily make you happy, however, I doubt that it can ever make one content and completely be at a state of peaceful happiness.

Finding a place of Wellness means learning to walk away from people and situations that threaten your peace of mind, self-respect, values, morals and self-worth.

Self – control is strength. Calmness is mastery. You have to get to a point where your mood doesn’t shift based on the insignificant actions of someone else. Don’t allow others to control the direction of your life. Don’t allow your emotions to overpower your intelligence.
