About blog

In pursuit of good health, holistic wellness and prosperity.

My name is Ntobeko

In South Africa the name Ntobeko is of Xhosa origin and means “The Humble one” and represents Innovation, Independence, Determination, Courage, Sincerity and Activity.

Through my life experience I have learnt that we were not born to make a living; we were born to serve.

This is me following that small voice that says “someone needs to hear this”

I believe wellness should be the focus of every being. Money will come, money will go but your being remains with you and if you ignore your being where will you stay?

This is an initiative that aims to see women from all walks of life experience good health, an abundance of wealth and a healthy soul.

Choosing Wellness is saying actually I deserve better and definitely I deserve more. I am taking it all back :

My Peace, My Joy, My Happiness and Freedom!

“Fear not, for I am with you; Be not dismayed, for I am your God, I will strengthen you, Yes, I will help you, I will uphold you with righteous right hand.” – Isaiah 41:10

“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are Powerful beyond measure. It is our light not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves who am I to be beautiful, Brilliant, talented, fabulous, who are you not to be?

You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened by shrinking so that other people won’t feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It’s not just in some of us; it’s in everyone. And as we let our light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.”
